Whisk Technologies collects information through the Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary users: full name, NRIC / passport number, email address, country of residence, mobile phone number, and for some services, weblog URL.

We may also collect HTTP request data which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or IP addresses. Whisk Technologies does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 12 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information, such as gender, age and occupation. Collecting this demographic data permits us to better serve our clients and cater to their needs.

We collect personally identifiable information through registration forms voluntarily, and the rest through automatic logging files involuntarily. To use our products and services, personal information, inclusive of mobile phone number, identification number and email address, is mandatory because our services involves indirect hosting of entries/articles/publications on our websites, hence this is needed for accountability and to prevent abuse of the system.

We do not employ cookies to collect information.

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by Whisk Technologies will be used for account administration purposes. Users who provide information will be allowed to use our products and services, and may receive email announcements regarding the services they have signed up for. Sensitive information provided by users will not be used for other purposes.

Registered users will not receive additional announcements from us about special deals, newsletters, or advertisements.

The information we collect may be used to create customer profiles. This permits us to better serve the needs of our clients. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We will not share the data we collect with third parties, except when specifically authorized by you or when such action is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, legal process or to enforce the Terms of Service.

Our Web site offers web publication services, where data submitted by users is posted up on the web. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes accessible to the public.
